The City and the Airport want to share a quick update regarding Pendleton’s Essential Air Service (EAS) contract. As many of you know, the Department of Transportation is responsible for awarding and renewing EAS contracts nationwide. This year, DOT’s review and award process is taking longer than usual, and Pendleton is one of several airports experiencing these delays. It’s not unique to us, communities across the country are in the same holding pattern while DOT works through its backlog.
In the meantime, Boutique Air continues to operate flights serving Pendleton, and they remain your best point of contact for anything related to schedules, ticket availability, or booking. Their team can provide the most up to date information on flights while the federal process runs its course. If you need to check flights or make reservations, please reach out to Boutique Air directly here: https://www.boutiqueair.com/p/faq or call Boutique at: 855-268-8478 . They’re fully aware of the situation and are doing everything they can to keep service running smoothly during the delay.
We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding. As soon as DOT finalizes the EAS award, we’ll
share updates with the community. In the meantime, we’re here, we’re flying, and we’re grateful for
your continued support of Pendleton’s air service.
